Recommended Practices in PDF Format for single sheet printing
Directions for printing:The web pages can be printed out but are not designed as print documents. The printed versions of the documents are in a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" format and can be mailed either in a 6" x 9" envelope or slipped together and addressed on page 12 of the Recommended Practices booklet for mailing. They are in pdf file format and can be downloaded to a floppy or CD and taken to a quick printer. Printed in black and white, the cost is less than a dollar for the two documents. The Minimums print on an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet which is then folded in half so the Acknowledgements are on the back. The Recommended Practices print on both sides of three (3) 8 1/2" x 11" sheets which are then stapled along the binding and folded to make a handy 12-page 5 1/2" x 8" booklet. Those who have duplex printing at home or office can print the documents themselves. For those who do not have two-sided printing and want to give out the standards, we recommend using a quick printing company or ordering copies.
